Catholic Prayer Coordination

Like a meal train,
but for prayers

When someone you love is struggling, rally your parish and community to provide continuous prayer coverage. Create a prayer train, choose prayers, and invite others to sign up for specific days.

PrayerTrain — a community united in prayer

How PrayerTrain Works

Three simple steps to surround someone in organized, continuous prayer.

1

Create a PrayerTrain

Tell us about the person and their situation. We'll suggest appropriate prayers and generate a calendar of prayer slots.

2

Share with Your Community

Send the link to your parish, prayer group, family, and friends. They pick specific prayers on specific days to commit to.

3

Pray Together

Volunteers receive daily reminders with their prayer instructions. The organizer can post updates and see the prayer wall fill up.

Built for the Faithful

Rooted in Catholic prayer tradition with a curated library of novenas, rosaries, chaplets, litanies, and more.

40+ Curated Prayers

Novenas, rosaries, chaplets, litanies, short prayers, and scripture passages — all with full instructions.

Visual Prayer Calendar

See at a glance which days are covered and which need prayer warriors. Novena blocks span 9 days as connected units.

Help Picking a Prayer

Select a situation and we suggest the most appropriate prayers. Illness? Try the Novena to the Sacred Heart. Finances? St. Joseph has you covered.

Easy Sign-Up

Volunteers can claim prayer slots with just their name and email — no account required. Share one link and watch the calendar fill up.

Daily Reminders

Prayer warriors receive email reminders on their committed days with the full prayer text and instructions.

Encouragement Wall

Friends and family can leave messages of encouragement and spiritual support on the prayer train's guestbook.

Why We Built This

We're a faithful Catholic extended family in Massachusetts. In late 2025 and early 2026, three children across our family faced life-threatening crises: a premature baby who spent 73 days in the NICU, a newborn needing open heart surgery in her first week, and a child with a severe respiratory crisis requiring intubation.

Through the grace of God, the care of Boston Children's Hospital, and the village of aunties, uncles, grandmas, and papas who never left our sides, our children came through. All three. We also know that's not how every story ends. We built PrayerTrain for both: for the road that turns toward life on earth, and the road that turns toward life eternal.
