Dear Ladies, IN an effort to help the Spina family, following the tragic loss of their son Matthew, we are asking if you would be able to provide Prayer Support in any way or form that you are comfortable with. We found this application that is very simple to use,in an effort to provide daily support for the next 30 day, a few times per day. If you are able to committo a day and timeyour gift fo prayer is appredciatd. Carol and her family have given so much of themselves in so many ways to both St James and OUr Lady of the Mount. Thank YOU and GOD Bless YOU111
this is a prayer that a freind wrote and there are many formws of prayer to choose from. Dear Lord, Our hearts are heavy with grief & sorrow. Matthew’s loss was so sudden, so unexpected and we are struggling to understand why this has happened. Lord, we need Your comfort. Wrap Your arms around Matthew and the Spina family with your Divine Mercy. Give them peace. Help them feel Your presence in their pain. Lord, guide them through this valley of sorrow. Strengthen them when they can only feel despair. Give them hope when they feel hopeless. Help us trust that Your plan is greater than our understanding. Remind all of us of Your love, even in this dark time. Grant the Spina’s and each of us the courage to face each day. Fill their hearts with Your grace and His Divine Mercy. Surround the Spina’s with Your light, so they may find the strength to carry on. Help them lean on You, now and always. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Invite friends, family, and your parish to sign up for prayer slots.

Praying for your family daily.
A prayer for those lost to suicide from the Order of Christian Funerals. "Prayer for One Who Has Died by Suicide God, lover of souls, you hold dear what you have made and spare all things, for they are yours. Look gently on your servant Matt, and by the blood of the cross forgive his sin and failings. Remember the faith of those who mourn and satisfy their longing for that day when all will be made new again in Christ, our risen Lord, who lives and reigns with you forever and ever." Amen
